Kunst & Kultur i Balance stands on the shoulders of all the organisations and individuals who have participated in our activities and who are part of our network. The work of change takes place in many different ways in art and culture. On this page you will find an overview of organisations that have participated in our offer and that have agreed to be visible that they are part of our network.
It is a broad collection of organisations that would like to share their experiences and in this way ensure that others can start the change work more easily.

Do you find writing to an unknown organisation a little nerve-wracking? Then these three steps might be useful.
1. Go to the organisation’s website:
Most have pictures of their employees. Maybe there’s someone you feel a little more comfortable reaching out to.
NOTE: Here, of course, you must challenge your own biases. Why does this person appeal to you more?
2. Subject field:
Request for sparring regarding inclusion and representation in cultural life
Text: Hi (INSERT NAME)
I have found you through Kunst & Kultur i Balance, and I hope you will want to share your knowledge with your work with inclusion. I am in the situation that (INSERT XXX).
3. Press send and wait for a reply!
Still think it’s hard? Write to us about the challenges you are facing – we would really like to help you further and put you in touch.
We can also say – from personal experience – that we have never experienced people not wanting to share their knowledge. Most often we just lack an opportunity for it.
